Concept, branding & Creative Direction

Hoemo World  is a queer independent brand founded in LGBTQIA+ sexual positivity, coming to life in premium, but attainable jewellery. Born from a deep joy of personal queer expression, flirty innuendo and a love of all things stunning.

I conceived and built Hoemo World independently, spotting a gap in the market and leveraging my expertise across brand, creative, product, marketing, and distribution. Launched in 2022, I manage every aspect of the business—from product design, sourcing, and manufacturing, to photography, website, marketing, and creative direction—scaling it from DTC to Soho pop-ups and now wholesale stockists.

Hoemo World has been promoted through dozens of photo series, all art-directed, produced, and delivered by me in collaboration with photographers and videographers. I regularly work with influencers to drive social media exposure and have secured press coverage through established relationships with outlets such as fuckingyoung and Kaltblut.

Website, marketing & pop ups

I built and continue to manage the Hoemo World website on Squarespace, combining storytelling, e-commerce, and brand experience in one platform. I’ve customised it with code for a bespoke touch and oversee key marketing operations, from email campaigns to subscriber management, driving engagement and sales.

I run targeted campaigns through Meta Business Suite, collaborating with a marketing specialist to optimise sponsored ads and maximise reach. I create all campaign content myself, using graphic design to craft engaging, story-driven visuals that drive performance.

I independently hosted two London pop-ups, including a high-profile Pride event in Soho in June 2023, managing everything from planning and setup to staffing and de-rig. The events launched new collections, drove consumer engagement, and generated excitement, expanding brand reach and visibility.

Product, financing & Distribution

I design every Hoemo World collection using Adobe Creative Suite and work directly with a trusted Chinese supplier to bring each piece to life. Fully self-financed and independently run, the brand’s success is built on innovation, hard work, and a high-energy, niche identity. Originally DTC via e-commerce, Hoemo World now reaches global wholesale stockists and is poised to launch in a marketplace model.
